At The Loveable Rogue, we take pride in the unique dining experiences that we bring to our community. The wellbeing of our team and our guests have always been a priority and as we continue to protect the health of those who work and dine with us, we wanted to share some of the measures that you will notice across our restaurants.

 

CLEANING & SANITSATION

In our restaurants, we have always had the highest of standards when it comes to cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene. All surfaces that could possibly be touched by both our teams and our guests (tables, menus, plates, cutlery, serviettes, chairs, door handles, serving trays, glasses, card machines, toilets etc.) are cleaned & disinfected between every sitting.

There will be hand sanitiser for guests upon entering the restaurant, guests are also encouraged to pay using contactless/card payment where possible.

Our menus are also disposable ensuring that there is no cross-contamination between guests & sitting times.

You can rest assured, our teams are vigilant across all our restaurants and all our operations.

TABLE / SEATING DISTANCING

We will ensure guests are comfortable by adhering to guidelines from across all UK Governments.

Our restaurant has a 1 metre distance in place, as per the guidelines advised by the Government. There will be relevant signage before entering the premises and this will be noted on the booking page so all guests are aware prior to their visit.

TRACK & TRACE

As guests are required to make a reservation online beforehand, we have all relevant details of at least one member of the party dining with us (Name and Contact Number). This is all that is required for us to ensure we are within the guidelines for the Governments ‘track and trace’ procedure.

Should you begin to show symptoms within 21 days of joining us, we kindly ask that should you or any member of your party who dined with us call the restaurant directly and notify us immediately: 0141 339 3701 or please email info@theloveablerogue.co.uk with full details of your visit.

GUEST WELLBEING

As with our team we want you to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible at The Loveable Rogue- it’s a dining experience we want you to fully enjoy.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to monitor your own health and wellbeing ahead of booking or visiting our restaurants. This is vital to help us keep everyone safe. Should you have any hesitations at all, please reconsider making a booking or visiting our restaurant until you are completely healthy and completely comfortable.

Our aim is to ensure that your Loveable Rogue experience is as memorable as possible. It is not our intention to confront guests at our doors with overt measures, that will overpower from your experience. If we learn differently we will adapt as such. Feedback from the community is something we listen to with the intent to understand and respect.

STAFF TRAINING

All team members have completed on site training on COVID-19 safety within the workplace. Their wellbeing is absolutely crucial to us and we continue to monitor the various requirements and personal precautions needed for their safety. All members of our team will be monitored daily before, during and after every shift. We will also continue to support staff who are more vulnerable during this time.
